Domino Park announces Sugar, Sugar!
Domino Park is pleased to announce the inaugural edition of Sugar, Sugar!—a free outdoor performing arts series. Taking place over the course of a month from June 4-28, 2025, Sugar, Sugar! marks the first ambitious cultural program at Domino Square, the latest addition to Domino Park’s 5-acre public park overlooking the East River.

Domino Park is serving more than just waterfront views next month. From June 4 to 28, the Brooklyn greenspace will debut Sugar, Sugar!, a brand-new outdoor performing arts series packed with experimental theater, live music, dance, puppetry and joyful weirdness—and yes, it’s totally free.

A Community Celebration Marked the Opening of Domino Square
Designed by landscape architecture firm Field Operations, the team responsible for the original Domino Park site and also the High Line in Manhattan, in collaboration with Brooklyn-based architecture firm Studio Cadena, Domino Square will host larger scale community activations such as farmer’s markets, graduations for neighborhood schools, salsa nights and more. The square will also serve as a hub for seasonal community activities year-round, including the debut of Williamsburg’s first waterfront ice skating rink, opening this November for the winter season.
